We founded Synovia whilst both working together as Advanced Practice Physiotherapists, driven by a shared vision—to deliver state-of-the-art, evidence-based care that empowers our patients to achieve lasting recovery and optimal physical health. Frustrated with the limitations and delays we saw within NHS pathways, we recognised the urgent need for a service that puts clinical excellence, accessibility, and patient-centred care at its heart.
